Permanent People are working with an established and highly respected specialist recruitment business in Brisbane to hire Senior Recruitment Consultants as part of an exciting growth phase.

The Role
You’ll be working directly alongside the founder/owner, a proven expert in the IT market, helping to build out a high-performing desk within a business already recognised for its deep product-led expertise.
This will have mainly a contract focus but our client are also open to permanent recruiters.
The focus is firmly within enterprise technology markets such as:
• Dynamics 365
• ERP / CRM
• FinOps
• Salesforce
• SAP
• Microsoft ecosystem
This is a fast-paced, high-trust environment where you’ll have autonomy, support, and genuine long-term progression.
About You
This role will suit someone who has:
• Strong experience in tech recruitment (agency side) - contract or permanent
• A proven track record in 360 billing and client development
• Exposure to enterprise systems markets (Dynamics, ERP, CRM etc.)
• The ambition to relocate to Brisbane and build something meaningful
• A desire to step into a senior role with future leadership potential
