WOW Recruitment are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Service Representative to join our client, a well-established provider within the hospitality supply industry. Our client partners with hospitality venues to deliver a wide range of products and services, with a strong reputation for long-term customer relationships and service excellence.

The business is currently going through an exciting period of transformation and the introduction of automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. This has created an opportunity for a more customer-focused, relationship-led role. 

About the Role

• Building relationships with hospitality customers including hotels, pubs, and regional venues
• Handling inbound enquiries, quotes, and order requests
• Maintaining accurate customer records and interaction notes in internal systems
• Identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement, frequency of orders
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

About You, you will be:

• Experienced in a customer service, call centre, or phone-based role
• Confident building relationships and speaking with customers over the phone
• Naturally inquisitive, asking strong questions and listening effectively
• Comfortable managing a large and varied portfolio of customers
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise effectively
• Relationship-driven, with a focus on long-term customer engagement rather than transactional sales
• Hospitality industry experience is beneficial but not essential
