EUC Engineer
- Provide hands-on workplace technology support for Victorian operations and remote support nationally.
- Deliver Level 2 EUC support including endpoint lifecycle management and Microsoft 365.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and meeting-room technology for staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Provides hands-on workplace technology support for our Victorian operations and remote support nationally
- Provide executive support
- Level 2 EUC - endpoint lifecycle management
- Microsoft 365, Intune/Autopilot
- Onboarding/offboarding and meeting-room technology for NRI staff (including Planit)
- Assist and support NRI Holdings and potentially any future group companies that fall under BTE’s scope of managed support.
