National Operations Director
- Lead national operations for a global leader in industrial services.
- Manage multiple teams to ensure efficient service delivery and support functions.

This role is with a global leader in the industrial services sector. Due to a recent business transformation they are now looking for a national operations director to join their ELT.
Reporting to the CEO the Director of Operations Is a key member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for the overall management of all operational functions and associated administration activities. This includes leading multiple teams across the country to ensure that service delivery, installation, and support functions run efficiently and effectively. The role requires the management of resources, processes, and systems to meet the company’s performance, financial, safety, environment, customer satisfaction, and compliance goals.
To be a strong candidate for this role you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is desirable).
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the building services, fire protection or security industry.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and multi-site operations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Experience in driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and safety initiatives.
