Your new role
As the Operations & Order Management Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders move seamlessly from receipt through to delivery. Acting as the link between retailers, internal teams and warehouse partners, you'll help keep operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to customers around the world.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end order life cycle from order receipt through to fulfilment and delivery
• Coordinating inventory allocation and monitoring stock availability
• Liaising with retail partners, warehouses and internal stakeholders regarding order status and deliveries
• Monitoring open orders, backorders and shipment schedules
• Proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to minimise disruption
• Supporting inventory and operational planning activities
• Maintaining accurate data across systems and reporting tools
• Assisting with process improvements as the business continues to scale globally
• Supporting the onboarding of new retail partners and international markets

What you'll need to succeed

• A highly organised and proactive approach to work
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build positive relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Previous experience in operations, administration, customer service, retail support, supply chain, logistics, wholesale or a similar environment will be highly regarded
• Most importantly, a willingness to learn, take ownership and contribute to a growing business
