Job Description

Office Manager

Daily tasks include

- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the business, ensuring efficient office processes and smooth coordination between design, production, and client service functions.

- Develop, implement, and maintain office administration systems, procedures, and record-keeping practices to support business efficiency and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate office resources, business equipment, supplier relationships, and service providers to ensure the office operates effectively and projects are delivered on schedule.

- Supervise and support administrative staff, allocate workloads, monitor performance, and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training activities when required.

- Prepare and monitor office budgets, process invoices and purchase orders, track operational expenditure, and assist management with financial and business reporting.

- Coordinate client communications, schedules, meetings, project documentation, and administrative support activities to facilitate the successful delivery of branding, design, signage, and marketing projects.

Requirements:

1.) Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business, Management, Administration, or a related discipline;

2.) At least 1 year of relevant experience in an office administration, office management, or business support environment;

3.) - Demonstrated experience managing office operations, administrative systems, staff coordination, and business support functions.

- Strong organisational, communication, financial administration, and people management skills.

- Experience working in a creative, marketing, design, signage, branding, or similar fast-paced business environment will be highly regarded.

Annual salary: $79,423 - $85,000 + superannuation (38 - 40 hours of work per week)
