RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - LABOURFORCE WA (Canning Vale)

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Consultant to oversee and manage our clients workforce operations across Perth Metro.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the right talent is recruited, retained, and performing to the highest standards to support a high-volume, fast-paced supply chain environment.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, recruitment and onsite workforce operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, performance management, and meeting KPIs in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure workforce alignment with operational needs.
  • Manage daily attendance, timekeeping, and shift coverage, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.
  • Monitor and report on individual and team performance against KPIs.
  • Implement and maintain performance improvement plans where required.
  • Foster a positive and productive onsite culture through engagement and consistent communication.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to align workforce solutions with site requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on attendance, attrition, and performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across staffing and workforce processes.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in onsite workforce or account management within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments
  • Strong recruitment and performance management background
  • Proficiency in managing attendance, scheduling, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of WHS, HR compliance, and rostering tools/systems
