What We Offer:
- $38 per hour and higher rate of pay for someone who is highly experienced and will be negotiated at the time of interview.
- 2 days per week, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30 to 6.30 pm.

Frangipani Skin and Body Clinic is seeking a polished, bubbly, well groomed, professional, personable and highly organised Clinic Coordinator / Front Of House to join our warm, professional team.
With 20+ years of experience, we are an established Anti-ageing clinic, with a loyal clientele and a strong reputation for advanced skin treatments and professional skincare.
About The Role
You’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic and play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while keeping the clinic running smoothly. You will be working closely with the Director.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Managing appointments, bookings, confirmations and enquiries.
- Coordinating therapist and practitioner schedules.
- Using Phorest Booking System for bookings and client management.
- Answering calls, emails and messages.
- Processing payments and general reception administration.
- Rebooking clients and supporting client retention.
- Confidently discussing treatments, skincare and products.
- Supporting product sales, memberships, packages and promotions.
- Maintaining a beautiful, professional clinic environment.
- Proficient in Canva and social media.
- Client confidentiality is essential.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced and confident with Phorest – ESSENTIAL.
- Warm, engaging and naturally great with people.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident multitasking in a busy environment.
- Professional, reliable and well presented.
- Passionate about beauty and skincare.
- Confident discussing treatments, products and services.
- A positive team player who genuinely cares about clients.
You do NOT need to be a qualified Beauty Therapist. However, strong knowledge of the beauty and skincare industry is essential.
