Client Services Consultant

You will be a key point of contact for clients navigating their options, and the intelligence, warmth and commercial awareness you bring will shape how they experience the organisation from the very first conversation.

Responsibilities
- Be a key point of contact for clients, delivering consultative end-to-end service with clarity and sophistication
- Conduct meaningful client consultations, guiding people through their options with confidence and empathy
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely outcomes for every client
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and contribute to how the business evolves
- Maintain accurate records and documentation with a high degree of precision and care
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a client-facing role where the quality of your thinking mattered as much as your communication
- Commercially aware with the ability to navigate nuanced conversations and complex needs
- Polished, articulate and warm, someone who earns trust quickly and holds it
- Highly organised with strong instincts for prioritisation and follow-through
- Ambitious and self-directed, with the initiative to make the most of every opportunity
