Rinaldo’s Casa Cucina is a family owned Italian Restaurant in our 17th year of serving locals and visitors alike. We have an attractive 100+ seat riverside venue, open 5 dinner sessions per week. Our menu showcases local seasonal produce, fresh pasta and house-made gelato.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced chef to join our business on a full-time basis. Salary on offer is $80,000-$85,000 plus super, depending on experience.
In this role you will assist in overseeing the kitchen operations and work with other team members in running an efficient kitchen.
To be considered for this position, you must:-
* Have previous experience in an ala carte service kitchen (3+ years)
* Have relevant qualifications and skills
* Be self-motivated, creative, confident and enthusiastic
* Be a team player
