Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day kitchen operations, staff scheduling, and service execution to ensure maximum efficiency during peak hours
- Drive menu development and food preparation while ensuring exceptional standards of quality, taste, and presentation
- Manage stock ordering, inventory tracking, and cost-control measures to actively minimise food wastage
- Maintain strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness regulations
- Deliver an engaging, professional presence in an open-kitchen environment and assist with general hospitality duties as required
