Description
Working within the Business Operations team, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the partner experience across Greater China, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia (GCANZSEA) as banks, financial institutions and other partners leverage Apple Pay and Wallet to deliver services to their customers. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Business Development, Marketing, Technical and Legal teams to strengthen and grow our existing partnerships. This includes helping to drive the implementation of new features and services across the region. This role requires someone who can navigate complexity, build trusted relationships at multiple levels across partner organisations and internal teams, and drive outcomes in a fast-moving environment. The role is based in Sydney at our Martin Place office.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 10 years experience in operations, program management, or partner management — ideally within payments, fintech, or financial services
