THE COMPANY:
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Business Development Manager to join a highly regarded and growing residential property business. Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll be responsible for generating new managements, building strong client relationships and driving portfolio growth across a premium residential portfolio.

THE ROLE:
- Generate new managements through prospecting and referrals
- Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations
- Build and maintain strong investor relationships
- Convert leads into long-term management clients
- Attend business development appointments
- Manage the onboarding of new properties
- Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure seamless handovers
- Contribute to portfolio growth and business success
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- Previous Business Development, Leasing or Property Management experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and win new business
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven and target-focused
- Professional presentation and customer-first approach
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
