Join a leading scaffolding contractor delivering some of NSW's most exciting residential, commercial and high-rise construction projects.An established and rapidly growing scaffolding business is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the Sydney construction market.

Your new role
You'll be responsible for identifying and converting new project opportunities while building strong relationships with builders, developers, project managers, estimators and key decision makers across the construction sector.

• Generate new business opportunities across the NSW market
• Build relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2 and mid-tier builders
• Engage developers, project managers, estimators and procurement teams
• Identify upcoming projects and tender opportunities
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
• Work closely with operations and estimating teams to deliver winning solutions
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a BDM, Sales Manager or Account Manager position
• Strong construction industry network
• Experience within scaffolding, access, hire, temporary works, formwork or construction service
• Demonstrated success in winning new business
• Commercially driven with a proactive approach
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
