This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a commercially astute people manager to drive our Preston and Heidelberg team performance and branch profitability. Reporting directly to the National Manager, you will be responsible for driving branch performance, profitability and team success across both locations.
Using your leadership expertise and industry knowledge, you’ll build strong relationships with local employers and community stakeholders to create sustainable employment opportunities for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and inspire a high-performing team to achieve contractual outcomes and business targets.
- Drive branch growth through strategic business development initiatives and employer engagement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and excellence.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to maximise performance and career growth.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance and quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, community organisations and key stakeholders.
- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve KPIs and profitability goals.
