Blue Collar Recruiter

Short-term temporary opportunity for an immediately available blue-collar recruiter North of the River.

We are seeking an experienced high-volume blue-collar recruiter to join a national organisation on an immediate-start contract through to Christmas. Managing a busy portfolio of blue-collar mining vacancies, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process while delivering a responsive and positive candidate experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing high-volume recruitment across a range of blue-collar mining positions
• Taking job briefs and understanding operational workforce requirements
• Writing and posting targeted job advertisements
• Proactively sourcing candidates across multiple channels
• Screening applications and conducting telephone interviews
• Shortlisting candidates against role requirements
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Maintaining regular and timely communication with applicants
• Delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to keep recruitment moving at pace

Previous high-volume blue-collar recruitment experience is essential, ideally across mining, resources, trades, heavy industry or operational workforces. You'll be highly organised, responsive and confident, managing multiple vacancies, candidates and competing priorities simultaneously.
