Your day to day
- Based at our Laverton branch, you’ll join a skilled, high-performing team that takes pride in doing things right the first time
- Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of highly trained
- Monitor Technician productivity to ensure customer expectations are met
- Ensure your team have appropriate skills, tools and resources
About you
- You will hold a Certificate III HV Heavy Vehicle Diesel Technology
- You lead by example - enjoy mentoring, coaching and training
- Proven experience working as a HV Technician
- A team-focused attitude and pride in your work
- You take pride in quality workmanship and doing things right
- You will thrive on ensuring customer satisfaction through your work and how you support your team – happy customer’s means happy you!
