Location: Pemulwuy, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
Employment Type: Temp to Permanent
Payrate: $38 per hour + OT

a national truck parts warehouse and distribution centre supplying quality parts to customers across Australia. Their operation is built on safety, accuracy, and efficiency, and we are looking for a strong Warehouse Team Leader to support and lead the Pemulwuy site.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while ensuring a safe working environment, smooth workflow, and high levels of accuracy. You will lead by example, supporting the team to meet operational targets and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff across receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out safely and in line with WHS requirements
- Maintain smooth and efficient workflow to meet daily operational demands
- Ensure high accuracy in order picking, stock handling, and inventory control
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional warehouse environment
About You
- Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or team leader role
- Previous experience with Warehouse WMS and Freight system
- Strong focus on workplace safety and compliance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Forklift licence and experience in parts or distribution environments (preferred but not essential)
