Warehouse Storeman

A leading company  based in Riverwood are seeking a reliable and organized Storeman with a valid forklift license to assist with the warehouse operations and ensure the smooth flow of goods.

Must be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items, 20-25kilos, frequently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and store incoming deliveries in the warehouse.

• Safely operate a forklift to move and stack goods as required.

• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure inventory records are up-to-date.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.

• Assist with stocktaking and inventory audits.

• Check products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials and goods.

• Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures.

• Assist with general warehouse duties, including labeling and sorting products.

• Maintain equipment and report any faults or maintenance needs.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift license and experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Strong commitment to health and safety practices.

• Basic computer skills for inventory management (experience with warehouse management systems is a plus).

• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items, 25-30kilos, frequently.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Hours: Monday / Friday – 7:30am to 3:36pm

Salary $57,500 + super

This is a full-time position with an immediate start on offer for the right candidate.
