Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse manager for a full‑time position, who plays a key role in supporting both warehouse operations and showroom presentation, ensuring customers and internal teams receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently dispatch and receive all inbound and outbound goods.
• Clean, package, sort, store, and organise materials in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organised warehouse environment at all times.
• Ensure 100% accuracy across all inventory transactions and stock levels.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and complete stock level adjustments.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, providing inventory updates to the office administration and sales teams.
• Manage and safeguard all inbound product samples, ensuring accurate handling and storage.
• Complete any additional duties assigned by the Director or management within required timeframes.

Key Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current forklift licence.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational capability.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7.30am-3.30pm on a full‑time basis.
