Responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Responsibility for all inwards and outwards goods movements
- Effective stock management and maintenance
- Liaise with the Inventory Manager to rectify stock discrepancies, assisting with the coordination of cyclical and annual stock take
- Motivating and managing a team
- Lead ongoing improvement in efficiency
- Lead OH&S requirements
- Customer focused to optimize quality of service and business growth
- Capable of working in a high volume, busy environment
To be successful you will demonstrate
- At least 3 years proven experience in warehouse management
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail and ability to get involved in all aspects of the warehouse
- Ability to motivate and organise people effectively, time management skills and have a strong work ethic
- Computer Skills
- Driver’s and Forklift license
