Waiter

Located in Bundanoon NSW 2578, Osborn House is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Waiter to become part of their hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting guests and providing professional and attentive food and beverage service.
• Presenting menus, explaining dishes and beverages, and assisting guests with their selections.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and communicating them efficiently to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serving meals and beverages to guests in accordance with established service standards.
• Monitoring tables throughout service and responding promptly to guest requests.
• Processing payments and operating point-of-sale systems accurately.
• Setting up, clearing and resetting tables and dining areas before, during and after service.
• Coordinating with kitchen, bar and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene throughout dining areas.
• Following responsible service of alcohol, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

About you:
• At least one year of relevant experience as a Waiter or in a similar food and beverage service role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.
• Professional presentation and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a front-of-house team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time
Salary: $68,000 - $78,000 per annum
