A mixed-billing General Practice, committed to delivering superior healthcare services across all facets of general health, including preventative management, is seeking to expand its team. Situated in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, the practice enjoys a prime location directly on Maroondah Highway, ensuring convenient accessibility for all clients, complemented by ample on-site parking facilities.
The primary motivation behind this recruitment drive is to address the escalating demand for appointments and effectively manage patient overflow. Currently a team of three GPs, the practice is offering a part-time role to a qualified General Practitioner, with a view to go full time.
Weekend work is not a requirement for this position. The billing system operates on a mixed basis, with GPs benefiting from a generous 70% share of billings and an initial guarantee amount of $200 per hour. With an average monthly earning potential of $2800 per day in average billings, this role presents a lucrative opportunity for dedicated professionals.
Full-time nursing support is available to facilitate seamless patient care. The practice utilizes Best Practice software for efficient management of operations. Additionally, a diverse range of allied health services, including Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, and more, are available on-site to complement patient care.
Essential Criteria:
- MBBS or equivalent
- Minimum AHPRA GENERAL /SPECIALIST registration
- FRACGP qualified
