Applicants must have the following training and certifications:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116 or TAE40110), or higher

We are looking for a Trainer Assessor holding, at minimum, one of the following hospitality qualifications:

• SIT20322 Certificate II in Hospitality
• SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality
• SIT40422 Certificate IV in Hospitality

Applicants must also hold accreditation from Liquor & Gaming NSW to deliver RSA and RCG courses.

Important

This is a 6 or 12-month full-time contract. Applicants must be able to travel as requested to Sureway sites and be available to deliver face-to-face and online/virtual training on an "as needed" basis. Skill sets range from one to five days in duration and are typically delivered between 9:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Facilitating Learning: Deliver face-to-face and/or online learning to a diverse group of learners, providing them with the skills and qualifications they need to thrive in their careers. This includes assisting with learning in the hospitality field and assessing submitted assessments.
• Part-Qualifications Delivery: Deliver 1 to 5-day Monday to Friday part qualifications across Sureway's footprint on an as-needed basis. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with learners in different communities. Travel expenses, including kilometres, accommodation, and meals, are all covered.
• Compliance: Operate in accordance with ASQA and other compliance requirements, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of training and assessment.

This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicants also must have the right to work in Australia and hold a valid driver’s licence with reliable transport.
