We're looking for qualified and experienced Traffic Controllers to work across major roadworks, construction sites, infrastructure projects and events throughout Melbourne.

If you're reliable, safety-focused and ready to work, we've got opportunities available with competitive pay,

Ordinary Casual Rates:

🚦 Traffic Controller: $37.99/hr
👷 Team Leader: $39.03/hr

🔥 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll play a key role in keeping workers, pedestrians and motorists safe by:

• 🚦 Directing traffic using Stop/Slow bats
• 🚧 Managing traffic around roadworks and construction sites
• 📋 Implementing and monitoring Traffic Management Plans
• ⚠️ Identifying hazards and maintaining a safe work zone
• 🚶 Managing pedestrians and cyclists around worksites
• 🛠️ Loading and unloading signs and traffic equipment
• 👀 Monitoring traffic conditions and reporting incidents or hazards
• 🤝 Working alongside Team Leaders, Foremen, Inspectors and Auditors

✅ WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Current TC2, TMI 2 and TMI 3 accreditation
• White Card
• Previous Traffic Management experience
• Availability for weekdays, nights, weekends and call-outs
• ⭐ TMA qualification highly desirable
