Join Ventia as an Trade Assistant supporting our exciting Western Sydney Airport Facilities Management contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of one of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects while working with a supportive team based full-time on site at Western Sydney Airport.

Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting tradespersons with preventative and reactive maintenance works.
- Performing general labouring and maintenance support activities.
- Undertaking maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
- Assisting with minor maintenance and repair works within competency levels.
- Moving materials, tools and equipment across site.
- Completing work orders and documentation as required.
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, hazards and defects.
- Supporting contractors and other maintenance personnel on site.
- Contributing to a safe, professional and customer-focused workplace.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Previous labouring, maintenance or trade assistant experience (desirable).
- Current unrestricted driver's licence.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
