Temporary Property Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our client based in Mandurah for an immediate start.

This is a role offering a short-term assignment of approximately 6 weeks, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. A great opportunity to try before you buy! 

The Role:

• Manage a small, manageable portfolio of approximately 60 properties.
• Handle day-to-day property management duties, including tenant and landlord communication.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections and routine property administration.
• Ensure properties are managed efficiently and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team from our Mandurah office.

About You:

• Previous experience in residential property management essential.
• Current real estate registration.  
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, reliable approach with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to hit the ground running and work independently.
• A current WA driver’s licence and reliable transport.
