Technical Services Coordinator
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Technical Services Manager, this is a diverse role responsible for maintaining quality, food safety, WHS, and Maintenance systems across two established processing plants.

Duties
- Conduct internal/external audits across QMS, HACCP and WHS systems.
- Manage and verify quality documentation and supplier records.
- Maintain digital systems (BSM, SoftExpert, MEX, Rapid Global).
- Support training, CAPA tracking, and lean improvement projects.
- Coordinate contractor inductions, customer documentation and complaint handling.
Skills & Experience
- Quality or compliance coordination experience with practical audit exposure.
- Working knowledge of food safety and quality principles.
- Proficiency using cloud-based software, Excel and other Microsoft programs.
- Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights.
