You will act as the key point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the repair process.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction or insurance repairs
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building regulations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• QBCC Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain)
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service
