Role Opportunity
Structural Engineer with 4 - 10 years experience to join a growing local structural engineering consultant focusing on mining and heavy industrial projects.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
- 4 to 10 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong SpaceGass experience
- Familiarity with Australian Standards (e.g., AS 4100, AS 3600, AS 1170).
- Strong understanding of steel and concrete design principles.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct structural analysis and design for mining infrastructure using SpaceGass and other engineering software.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and structural integrity assessments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and feasibility studies.
