Storeperson
- Responsible for accurate picking of orders and on-time dispatch.
- Conduct general warehouse duties including loading and unloading trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Our client is a manufacturing, import and wholesale business, specialising in the provision of reputable, quality, and innovative branded safety and lifting products, including Mack footwear, WS workwear, Beaver lifting & materials handling, Beaver load restraint, B-Safe height safety, onsite testing and inspection services, Frontier personal protective equipment and many 3rd party safety products.
About the role:
This role will be responsible for the accurate picking of orders, on-time dispatch and receiving goods whilst ensuring all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. This role will also be required to work as directed and collaborate with other team members and Team Leader/Supervisor, to ensure the best possible customer service is delivered at the lowest cost to the business.
You will be required to:
* Pick & Pack orders ready for dispatch
* RF Scanning
* Meeting hourly / daily KPI's
* General warehouse duties
* Replenishments, put-aways, loading & unloading trucks via forklift
* Following ALL on-site Safe Work Practices
* Attending start-up Toolbox talks
Requirements:
* LF Forklift Licence is an advantage
* High Reach experience but not necessary (will train if needed)
* Able to use RF Scanner
* Basic Warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
* A current Driver's Licence and own transportation
* Willingness to learn and develop existing skills
