About the Role..
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team in Bundaberg.
Working within our warehouse and distribution operations, you will play an important role in ensuring the efficient movement of stock while delivering a high level of service to our customers.
You’ll work with our fully automated Warehouse Management System and be involved in a broad range of warehouse, logistics and customer-focused activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently.
- Complete pick and pack operations.
- Assist with regular stocktakes and cycle counts.
- Perform general warehouse duties and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Safely and efficiently complete customer deliveries as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of safety, accuracy and service
About You
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated team member who enjoys a hands-on role and takes pride in getting the job done right.
You will ideally have previous experience in warehousing, logistics or manufacturing, combined with a strong customer service focus.
You will also have:
- The ability to work effectively to tight deadlines.
- A reliable, positive and self-motivated approach.
- A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A current Forklift Licence — essential.
- An MR Licence — advantageous.
Pre-Employment Requirements
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
