Role and Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional customer service, and maintaining high food and hygiene standards. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and managing a team to achieve daily targets and KPIs
2. Overseeing stock control, inventory, and ordering
3. Managing rosters and ensuring appropriate staffing levels
4. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
5. Ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and workplace regulations
6. Monitoring store performance and implementing improvement strategies
7. Training and developing team members to maintain service excellence
Requirements
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role in retail or hospitality
2. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
3. Understanding of stock control, food safety, and compliance standards
4. Strong organisational and time management skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
