Your New Role: 

• Store Manager to lead a team of over 15+ in a fast-paced environment
• $80-85k + Super
• Responsible for people, product and Visual Merchandising - how do you drive success through these key pillars
• Confident with large stock inventory and operational excellence
• Train, support and develop a successful sales team; deliver exceptional service through your high performing team  

What You Will Look After: 

• Leading the daily operations of a high volume store with a broad product range
• Creating a positive and supportive team culture where people enjoy their work and feel part of something meaningful
• Driving store performance through coaching, sales leadership and strong customer engagement
• Managing stock flow, visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain high standards
• Ensuring safety, compliance and operational processes are followed every day
• Developing your team through regular feedback, training and clear expectations 

The Experience Checklist:  

• Can drive sales and service through efficient sales and story telling 
• Lives and breathes sport retail or passion for a historic heritage brand
• Previous leadership in retail across any product category
• Operational skilled in inventory management; know how to run larger stock levels including all report analysis
• An inspirational leader, able to naturally motivate those around you; drive succession plans and leaders out to the business
