Store Manager - Home Furnishings & Interiors - Fyshwick

Responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team
- Drive sales, KPIs and customer engagement outcomes
- Manage rosters, wages, stock and store operations
- Deliver exceptional VM and showroom presentation
- Build strong customer relationships and repeat business
Successful applicants will have:
- Previous retail store management experience
- Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams
- Strong sales, KPI and business performance focus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Interest in home furnishings, styling or interiors
