State General Manager - Board

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Group General Manager - Corrugated Packaging, the State General Manager - Visy Board Victoria is accountable for the overall direction and success of a strategically significant business within Visy's Fibre Packaging Division.
As a member of the Fibre Packaging leadership team, you'll provide executive leadership across commercial, manufacturing and customer-facing functions, aligning the organisation behind a clear vision for profitable growth, operational excellence and outstanding customer outcomes.
You'll combine strategic thinking with disciplined execution to strengthen profitability, deepen customer partnerships and build a culture where safety, accountability and continuous improvement underpin every decision.
This appointment calls for an accomplished executive with a proven track record of leading complex manufacturing or industrial businesses where commercial success, operational discipline and customer outcomes are equally critical. Supported by strong commercial and financial acumen, you'll have experience leading businesses with full P&L accountability and translating strategy into measurable business outcomes through capable leadership and sound decision-making.
Experience within packaging, paper or related manufacturing environments will be highly regarded, alongside tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline.
