About the Role
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans tailored to each client’s goals and needs
- Support adult clients across a range of communication and swallowing needs, including speech, language, cognition, voice, and mealtime/feeding challenges
- Manage a varied caseload, with opportunities to work across adult and mixed caseloads depending on your interests and experience
- Deliver evidence-based intervention in a range of settings, including community, home, residential facilities, clinics, and other care environments
- Collaborate closely with clients, families, support networks, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Contribute to a supportive clinical environment with opportunities for peer collaboration, mentoring, and ongoing professional growth

Essential
- Current and unrestricted SPA membership
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience working with adult clients and/or mixed caseloads desirable
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
