Data#3 is looking for a Data & AI Solution Consultant to join our Western Australia team. This is a senior, customer-facing role where you'll shape opportunities, design architecture, lead technical direction, and help deliver impactful Data & AI solutions across Microsoft Fabric, Azure and AI Foundry.
What you'll do
- Own the WA Data & AI reference architecture across Microsoft Fabric, Azure and AI Foundry.
- Design and build complex data platforms, lakehouse architectures, RAG solutions and agentic AI patterns.
- Lead discovery workshops, technical assessments and customer engagements.
- Partner with Account Executives to shape opportunities, develop cost models and support winning presales outcomes.
- Champion security, governance, lineage and data quality by design.
- Mentor consultants and engineers while providing technical leadership across engagements.
About you
- 5 to 8 years' experience in Data Engineering, Data & AI Architecture or Analytics Solution Design.
- Hands-on experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
- Strong expertise in data governance, security, quality and lineage.
- Passion for emerging technologies and a commitment to continuous learning. [
- Relevant certifications such as DP-600, DP-700 or Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or a plan to obtain them.

- RAG, enterprise grounding and agentic AI
- Lakehouse and medallion architectures
- ETL/ELT and modern data architecture patterns
- DevOps and Infrastructure as Code
- Solution estimation, cost modelling and presales engagement across the Microsoft Data & AI stack
