Your new role
As Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the delivery of large-scale AI infrastructure projects, overseeing daily activities and coordinating subcontractors, technicians and trade personnel on site. Based on-site, you'll ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with project schedules, specifications and quality standards.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:A trade qualification, technical certificate or equivalent practical experiencePrevious experience supervising construction, installation or infrastructure projectsExperience coordinating subcontractors and site-based work crewsThe ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentationStrong communication, organisation and problem-solving skillsA proactive approach to safety, quality and productivity.Experience in data centre construction and fit-out projects, telecommunications, fibre optic or network infrastructure installations, MEP and other critical infrastructure environments, as well as industrial, oil and gas, marine, or other fast-paced construction and deployment projects will be highly regarded.
