I am currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable builder delivering a $40M Retirement Living Development in North side of Brisbane. 

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a significant project from the early stages through to completion, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Project

• $40M Retirement Assisted Living Development
• 50 Independent Living Units
• Basement + 5 Storey Construction
• Currently at Bulk Earthworks Stage
• 18-Month Programme
• Located in Chermside

The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the full execution and delivery of the project, including:

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
• Driving programme and project milestones
• Managing safety, quality and compliance requirements
• Liaising with project stakeholders, consultants and the wider project team
• Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial, residential, aged care or retirement living projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects from groundworks through to completion
• Excellent understanding of WHS, QA and site management processes
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Immediate availability highly regarded
