Site Foreman

We’re partnering with a leading commercial builder, delivering a major commercial project in Melbourne.
Due to project demands, they’re looking to engage an experienced Foreman on a contract basis to take ownership of key site activities and drive programme on a live build.
This is a fast-paced, well-structured Tier 1 environment with strong systems and an established site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across designated areas
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
• Drive site safety and enforce Tier 1 standards
• Oversee quality and ensure works meet specifications
• Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
• Identify and resolve site issues quickly to avoid delays
• Maintain strong communication across trades and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Foreman or supervisor on Tier 1 or major Tier 2 projects
• Strong commercial construction background (high-rise or large-scale builds preferred)
• Experience working in live, fast-paced project environments
• Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
