Job Description

• Manage and oversee morning shift operations to ensure timely and efficient production and delivery of goods.
• Supervise and support a team of staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor and optimise operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to daily operations and performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Shift Supervisor should have:

• Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in managing operational workflows and team performance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-driven approach.
