ServiceNow Technical consultant
We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a growing ServiceNow practice. This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys combining business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on ServiceNow configuration to deliver impactful customer outcomes.
Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements
Design and configure ServiceNow solutions, workflows, forms, Flow Designer, SLAs, and notifications
Collaborate with customers, developers, and Agile delivery teams
Drive scalable, user-focused solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
Work across enterprise and public sector environments
Must have: NV1 Clearance & Based anywhere in Australia
Strong experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and functional design
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
