Service Receptionist

A leading car dealership is seeking a Service Receptionist to join their team in Footscray. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of the automotive service department. As Service Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, setting the tone for their experience with the business. This role is essential to success, ensuring that every customer interaction is professional, efficient and welcoming.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting customers in a warm and professional manner upon arrival at the service department
• Answering and directing phone and email enquiries to appropriate staff members
• Scheduling service appointments and managing the appointment calendar
• Processing customer paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Explaining service options and quotations to customers in a clear and helpful manner

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
• Managing customer follow-ups regarding their vehicles

• Providing information about vehicle maintenance and service options
