You will work directly alongside a highly experienced Managing Director with over 20 years in the industry, taking ownership of a premium portfolio of large residential buildings and BMCs. The Role:

• Manage an established portfolio of premium residential strata schemes and BMCs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners corporations, committees and stakeholders
• Oversee the day-to-day management of large and complex strata buildings
• Prepare for and attend AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
• Manage building compliance, including fire safety, lifts and safety reports
• Coordinate contractors, maintenance and major building works
• Provide expert advice on strata legislation and best practices
• Work closely with the Managing Director to deliver exceptional client service
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the business
• Opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities as the team expands

About You:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in strata management
• Current Strata Management Licence
• Strong experience managing large residential strata schemes and BMCs
• Excellent knowledge of NSW strata legislation and compliance requirements
• Confident managing complex buildings and committee relationships
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Experience using StrataMax advantageous
• A proactive, professional and client-focused approach
• Ambitious, driven and interested in progressing into leadership long term
