About You

• Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
• Registered with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW
• Full working rights + Australian Driver's Licence
• Prior experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting

The Role

• Build strong relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and key stakeholders to drive positive, meaningful outcomes for the people you support.
• Partner with leading treatment providers including Doctors, Specialists and Allied Health Professionals to create the best possible recovery outcomes for your clients.
• Get out and about each week as you visit a variety of workplaces to understand job demands firsthand and support safe, sustainable return‑to‑work plans.
• Educate and empower employers with practical strategies to prevent workplace injuries and foster safer working environments.
• Provide clinical insight with purpose through clear, evidence‑based report writing that informs and guides next steps.
