Senior Property / Litigation Lawyer | 5+ Years PAE

Are you an experienced Property or Litigation Lawyer looking for greater autonomy, high-quality work and the opportunity to develop expertise in a growing specialist area?

Our client is a highly regarded boutique law firm with an excellent reputation and more than 45 years' experience specialising in property and strata law. They are looking for a lawyer with 5+ years' post-admission experience to join their expanding team and work directly with a Senior Partner.

The Role
This is a varied position offering a genuine mix of litigious and transactional property work, with a particular focus on strata law.

Your matters will include:

• Property and strata law
• Building contracts
• Building defect disputes
• NCAT and Supreme Court litigation
• By-laws and easements
• Property-related advice
• A mix of contentious and transactional matters
• Direct involvement with clients and responsibility for your own files

You will have the opportunity to take genuine ownership of your matters while receiving mentoring and support from highly experienced senior lawyers.

About You
We are looking for a lawyer with:

• Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience
• Experience in property law and/or litigation
• Strong attention to detail
• A proactive approach to file and matter management
• The confidence to work autonomously
• Strong client relationship skills
• An interest in developing expertise within property and strata law

Previous strata experience would be highly regarded, however lawyers with a strong property or litigation background are encouraged to apply.
