Our client is a growing WA business based in Wattleup, south of the river. It specialises in commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance and vegetation management. They need a hands-on Team Leader to run day-to-day operations. You’ll lead a skilled crew, build strong client relationships and play a key part in growing the business.

- $110,000–$120,000 + super once permanent, depending on experience

The Opportunity
This is more than another supervisory job. You’ll own the operation, and as the business grows you’ll help build out new crews.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a small team across mowing, spraying, grounds maintenance and vegetation management
- Manage daily schedules, workloads, safety and service quality across multiple sites
- Operate and oversee commercial mowers, spray units, track loaders and associated machinery
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business
- Help recruit, train and develop additional crews
About You
- Experience in commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance or vegetation management
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of mowing and spraying equipment and vegetation control
- Machinery operation experience, ideally including track loaders
- Current spray ticket / chemical application licence
- Current driver’s licence
- Confident communication, organisational and client management skills
