This represents a great opportunity with a modern and innovative accounting firm based in Bundall. This firm has been in operation for many years. The culture of the firm is friendly and relaxed.

POSITION

Due to growth and the need to provide the Director with more support, the position of Senior Manager has been created.

This role will involve:

• Manage circa $1.5m in fees
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of 6 (both on shore and off shore)
• Working closely with the Director to grow the firm and the day to day operations
• New business development
• Working on high level advisory projects

CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA
• 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Ability to manage client relationships
• Experience managing staff both on shore and off shore
• Experience with advisory
• Experience with XPM and Xero
• Solid tax knowledge
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Great longevity in previous roles and a stable employment history
