Senior Manager Analytics & Decision Intelligence

As the Senior Manager, Analytics & Decision Intelligence, you'll lead RAA's enterprise analytics capability, transforming data into meaningful insights that help the organisation measure progress, make better decisions and deliver on its strategic ambitions. You'll be responsible for ensuring leaders have the intelligence, performance measures and predictive insights needed to understand what's working, what isn't, and where to focus next.

Working within the Strategy & Growth team, you'll play a critical role in linking organisational strategy with enterprise performance. You'll lead the development of strategic performance frameworks, enterprise reporting and decision intelligence capabilities that enable RAA to track outcomes, identify opportunities and respond to emerging challenges with confidence.

Leading Enterprise and Operational Analytics teams, you'll help embed a culture where evidence, insight and performance measurement sit at the heart of decision-making, ensuring analytics delivers tangible value across the organisation.

About You

You're a strategic thinker who understands that analytics is about more than reporting. You know how to transform data into actionable insight, connect performance to strategic outcomes, and help leaders make informed decisions with confidence.

You bring strong commercial and analytical capability, coupled with the ability to tell compelling stories through data. You're comfortable engaging executives, challenging thinking and translating complex information into practical recommendations that drive action.

We're looking for someone with:

• Significant experience leading enterprise analytics, decision intelligence or strategic insight functions within a complex organisation
• A track record of developing performance measurement frameworks and strategic reporting that support organisational delivery and accountability
• Experience using analytics and insight to inform strategic planning, business performance and growth decisions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively at executive and senior leadership levels
• Experience leading high-performing analytics teams and building organisational capability in evidence-based decision-making
• A passion for helping organisations turn information into action and outcomes
